1General Terms & Conditions

CricketX (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. By using our platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms were written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered definitive.

• CricketX reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
• These Terms and Conditions apply solely to the CricketX platform.
• Users accessing the platform from Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with local laws.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with CricketX, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Accounts may not be created or used if eligibility criteria are not satisfied.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
• It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential.
• Any changes to your account information must be reported to CricketX immediately.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

CricketX accepts various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transactions.

• Deposits will only be refunded to the same payment method used to make the original deposit.
• Withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days to process.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• The minimum deposit is BDT 200 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 500.
• CricketX reserves the right to conduct additional verification for any unusual or suspicious transactions.
• All transactions are monitored in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy.

4Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on CricketX. They cover all bet types across all sports — cricket, football, and beyond.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Odds are subject to change at any time; the odds in effect at the time a bet is placed are final.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with CricketX policy.
• CricketX reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• In live betting, if a disconnection occurs, the last confirmed bet will be considered valid.
• Placing two opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

CricketX regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be met.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement (typically 30–40x).
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• CricketX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus offers have a limited validity period; any unused bonus will be forfeited once expired.

6Account Suspension & Closure Policy

CricketX reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the circumstances listed below.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• If registration is completed using false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the user voluntarily requests self-exclusion.

7Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• User information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities when required by law.
• All data is stored in accordance with international security standards.

8Responsible Gaming

CricketX believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. We provide a range of tools to promote responsible gaming.

• Option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion option for a set period of time.
• Option to activate a cooling-off period.
• Reality Check — a reminder to take a break after a set period of play.

9Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue with a bet outcome or a transaction, please contact our customer support first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• Disputes must be raised within 7 business days of the incident.
• All relevant information will be reviewed before any decision by CricketX is made final.
• Bets will be reviewed if there is evidence of a technical error.
• If unsatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to an international gaming authority.

10Terms Update Policy

CricketX reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to your registered email address and posted as a notice on the platform.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• You will have the option to close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms.
